The engine and transmission runs great, starts right up and runs like a sewing machine, new batteries, 
Interior is in excellent condition all upholstery in very good condition. Roof was just sealed, no leaks and no soft spots, a/c and heat works great! 
This motor home is 39' long, has 2 slides, one large living room and dinette slide and one bedroom slide, has washer and dryer combo unit, this is 50amp,

THE GOOD: This RV runs great with no mechanical issues. just get in and go anywhere, no leaks or anything like that, THE PRICE! This vehicle is priced to sell! WILL NOT LAST LONG AT THIS PRICE

THE BAD: The tires are a little dated on this coach, the thread is great but there is some signs of age on the side walls. 
The paint has a few spots with clear coat issues and the power awning has a issue with the switch (the awning material is perfect)

Other than these few minor flaws there are no other issues with this item,
