We purchased thinking we would need to live in it while we built our home, we did not have to go that route, it has NEVER been lived in, we used one summer at a campground we were members at, it has brand new washer and dryer that was professionally installed by bankston motor home. This is the closed thing to brand new that you will find. Let our loss be your gain.
