Minimal use has kept this unit in like-new condition. It has been stored in a temperature-controlled building when not in use. Interior is gray tones; exterior of the RV is white.

The unit contains three TV's; one outside & two inside. This RV boasts ample storage with cabinetry in the living area over the recliners, more cabinetry over the king-size bed, and a large multi-use cabinet between the bedroom & the kitchen that can be used as additional pantry or for clothes & shoes. Just outside the bathroom are two narrow cabinets great for linens! The large closet accommodates ample hanging area for clothes & jackets while five drawers organize folded clothes or toiletries. The bathroom has a cabinet beneath the sink and a second wall cabinet over the toilet. Great storage! The corner shower has a circulating water system to maximize hot water use. Ample head space as we are both tall. There is no storage under the bed in this unit; however the two bench seats for the booth both have large pull-out drawers. We often placed many stored items in the bunk area for travel; the mesh "gate" kept anything from falling forward when in motion. If you'd rather have the added head room in the cab while traveling, place those stored items back on the bed and remove the portion of cab roof by stacking the bunk cushions. The king size bed mattress folds to allow the slide to be closed, but there's room for more items to be stored during travel, maximizing the cab area. There are two A/C units that provide adequate cooling for comfort; these can be run independently. There is a propane connection on the exterior for grilling ease but no outdoor kitchen. The kitchen stove has two gas burners and three induction burners. The microwave is also an induction oven. Two large drawers below the stove hold cookware & other large items. A wide cabinet above the sink/counter accommodates most dishes & glasses with room to spare. Three smaller drawers below the sink are great for utensils, linens, and small gadgets. The table lowers easily to form another bed; no need to disconnect the table! Just push it down & rearrange the cushions. There are seatbelts in the booth seats, including connections for a car seat. The refrigerator is a nice size; a deep cabinet over the refrigerator is handy as well as a lower drawer great for foil & plastic wrap size items. The pantry has two pull out "drawers" for small items.
