Only small glitch is still looking for an air conditioner knob, but is works fine set on high.

This trailer was used for short 50 to 100 mile trips to campgrounds in the Colorado mountains. It is very easy to pull and park. Never in an accident or hail storm etc. Roof is good. Always hooked up to campground electrical system and includes power cable as well as a one year old RV deep cycle battery.
