Better than new!!! This particular Casita camper is in great condition and has been renovated with great care and precision to optimize the camping experience for style and comfort. The camper is complete with rooftop AC and AC heating element. The sleeping area has been upgraded with a memory foam topper for a comfortable night's sleep, and easily converts into a four person dining area with ample overhead storage. A working TV with a built in DVD setup is located above the sleeping/dining area for entertainment (operable off battery power). Large, screened picture windows encompass the sleeping area to take in your beautiful adventures. The kitchen includes a 3 way refrigerator (Gas, 12V, and 110), 10 in 1 Ninja Food Oven (replaced the microwave to operable off of battery power), sink, and a 2 burner stove with hood. There is plenty of dry storage throughout the camper including two large under seat storage compartments in the dinette/kitchen area. This camper includes a separate area for a toilet and shower with power vent. This area doubles nicely for additional storage along with a large separate, stand-up closet for storage at the entryway. On the exterior of the camper there are 110V plugs available, an outdoor shower located on the exterior wall to the indoor bathroom, and a full RV awning for comfort on hot sunny days. There is 2 tank propane storage, and the sewer hose can be found in the bumper for ease of use. A custom welded bike rack is detachable from the camper hitch and a fitted outdoor RV storage cover for all weather is included with this gem ($600 value) as well as a $400 cover. Rubber gaskets replaced, new flooring, upholsterty, and new backsplash just to name a few upgrades.
