This model sleeps 7 and has all the comforts of home. Everything is in good working order. It is a four season RV and will serve you well in cold weather.

We are including all necessary equipment to go camping with the RV. We also included the cleaning supplies such as RV roof protectant and wash & wax that we used to maintain the exterior in great condition.

We are also selling a dual-fuel generator with a 30lb propane tank if you are interested.

We have all the original product manuals for the trailer and the title in hand.

Currently this trailer is parked in our rented space at Pioneer Mobile Home Park in Beaverton, Oregon. This way we can show it fully connected to shore power and water. Sale of the trailer also comes with the option to occupy the space at the park which we will be giving up once the trailer is sold. Reach out to the park manager to apply for the space.
