All the specs are on their website. I was quoted $10,899.00 for a raw empty shell (no windows, no roof fan,...), plus tax and freight. I had an expensive professional carpentry shop expand the dinette bed and open up additional storage and eliminate drawers for more space. They cut out under a seat for a Trelino Evo M compositing toilet a $500.00 toilet that is included with sale with additional bags and parts UNUSED. Certain drawers were removed and saved and they installed bungee fishnet fronts for expanded openings. The dinette table drops and a simple board (stored under bed) slides onto supports to make a 39 x 63 bed plus another 12 length for your legs/feet between cabinets. A true twin bed is 38 wide. I planned to use a simple AMAZON foam roll out twin mattress cut to length which I never purchased. The four screw type jacks and wood 2 x 6s storage base supports seen under the cabinet in my driveway are included in the sale.The rear doors swing out 180 degrees. They lock from the outside with two keys and from the inside.The SpaceKap is designed for 4x4 offroad. I used the frame / hitch mounted Torklift mounts ($950.00) with the Torklift locking FastGun turnbuckles ($950.00). Neither are include in sale price but available for purchase.
