Beautiful 2008 MONACO DIPLOMAT 40PDQ for sale. All of the repair history and original paperwork is included. We're selling everything we have with the RV (it's a lot of valuable RV parts, components, cleaners, sheet sets, external blank tank, 50amp extension cord that's 50ft, plus a lot more), so you could go camping the day you buy it. We purchased in 2020 from the original owners in TX. They were a wonderful couple (sold it because he was over 70 and eyesight wasn't what it used to be) and garaged it since it was new. Just before we bought it they put on new Goodyear tires and two new air conditioning units. They changed the oil every 3k miles. The recommended oil change is 15k miles or annually. I have changed the oil every 5k miles. Since we purchased it, we have installed new slide out covers, batteries, washer/dryer combo, hot water heater, toilet and smart TV in bedroom. I also have a new microwave/oven (the original still works great) and a new black tank macerator pump (original still works).

As you can see in the pics, the leather is in great shape, no tears, stretching, or major wear. Fortunately, the former owners and my wife and I were the only users of the RV, so no kids, pets or smoking ever in the RV. Both owners have used all natural cleaners to reduce any toxins. The exterior, since I've owned it, has always been washed by hand without any water, just high-end exterior cleaner and polish. Not easy, but well worth keeping the exterior in top shape.

We're selling because we have just built a house on 25 wooded acres and now have 9 grandchildren in the area that are under 5yrs old and will be staying put for a while.
