Used 2007 DAMON TUSCANY 4074 for sale. Purchased 6 years ago in Florida and did many upgrades, new 15 K A/C units on roof, new furnace, new fridge system, new slide topper materials, Caterpillar 350 HP engine with 6 speed Allison transmission, runs great, very reliable, never broken down or stuck anywhere, has electric brake controller for towing, Freightliner Chassis serviced very well at diesel repair center in Denver, passed all emissions without issues, changed engine oil regularly, new roof material when I bought the unit from Camping World, new tires when I purchased it, hydraulic levelling system works great, replaced one jack that had a leak, Onan Generator 7.5k works great, never had a problem, serviced well, Cat engine does not require Def, seat belts for 6, both couches up front turn into beds, one is a queen, the other is just a drop down, bedroom is King bed, with new gel topper on it. Washer dryer is a combo, it is small but works well. With the 4 opposing slides this unit is very spacious. Please let me know if you have any other questions, Thanks Richard
