Description

USED 2005 MONACO DYNASTY® BISHOP IV

Serious inquiries only please.

Thank you for your interest in my 2005 MONACO DYNASTY® BISHOP IV. I am the second owner. The original owner had the RV in San Diego, and had to sell the RV during the financial crisis of 2007.

I have owned the RV since that time.

The RV is paid for in full, I have the pink slip, and registration is up-to-date. Renews May of 2025.

The external pictures shown on the RV are from April 2024. We recently did a trip to Death Valley. Ran great with no issues on the short four day trip. I don't have any pictures of the roof. The roof is in decent shape. No issues on the roof that I am aware of.

Batteries were replaced two years ago. Generator works fine as we used in Death Valley without any issues.

There are a few issues.

  • The slide out toppers are ripped and would need repair/replacement. Slide outs work fine.
  • Needs paint mainly on one side, due to the Vegas heat. Overall paint is not bad.
  • The tires are three years old with very few miles.
  • Small scratch on the front passenger rear maybe 5 inches near the bottom. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see it.
  • Some of the awning straps broke on a trip from a wind storm. They will need to be repaired.
  • There is a small chip on the front driver side windshield from a rock thrown on a trip we did 10 years ago to Yellowstone with the kids. Luckily it’s not right in the view of driving.
  • The headlights need some repair (working wise). Brights do not work is the issue. Headlights work otherwise.
  • There is a broken lamp in the back. Zoom in on the picture and you can see it.
  • The internal slide out button lights need repair. Buttons work for the slide outs.
  • Not really much on the repair logs, unfortunately, but the RV is in good shape. Changed tires frequently over the years. Also, would get oil changes frequently too.

As a side note, when I purchased the couch I was told it does run hot. And that is true. What little research I have done, found it is common with the couch. I did add a fan to the radiator some years ago to help, and honestly not sure if it does.
