Description
**Sale Pending**
This beautiful Alpine Coach is in fantastic shape inside, outside, and mechanically. I would not hesitate to take it anywhere. It' 38 ft. with a living room and bedroom slide (kitchen is not on the slide which is a huge plus).
Extremely comfortable full-size queen bed, booth dinette that folds into a bed, two jack-knife couches that also fold into beds. The front seats (and curbside couch/bed) are amazingly soft and supple leather. Has surround sound with built-in subwoofer. The layout is perfect with a large shower, full-size bathroom sink/vanity, and spacious living areas.
Under 73k miles, powered by a Cummins ISC diesel pusher with Alison transmission, rated and capable of towing up to 10k lbs! Onan 7.5kw quiet diesel generator, with a little over 1,000 hrs on it. Power main awning, in great shape. Tons of basement storage that passes through and is also heated for year-round use if desired.Intended to keep this coach for a really long time, but life changes are the only reason for sale.
The following list of maintenance/upgrades has been done within the last 1,600 miles:
6 new Continental HSR3 tires (April 2022)
Engine oil and filter change (Shell Rotella T and Wix filter)
Engine fuel filter (Wix)
Engine air filter
Engine coolant flush and change over to Peak FinalCharge (including necessary Wix blank cartridge). Also replaced engine thermostat during flush with Cummins part.
Transmission fluid and filter change (Wix filters and Castrol TranSynd fluid)
Full service on Onan generator (done around 950 hrs) that included engine oil and filter, coolant change (also FinalCharge), engine air filter (Wix), new water pump belt, and thermostat.
Brand new Firestone airbags on all 4 corners (less than 50 miles on these)
Brand new Koni shock absorbers front and rear (less than 50 miles on these and they are the premium upgrade for shocks)
New brake pads, front and rear
Full brake fluid flush (Bosch ESI6 Extended Service Fluid)
New brake booster and master cylinder
New power steering / brake booster fluid HWH shuttle valve for hydraulics
New rearview camera system with large color display
ScanGauge engine monitor/computer
The previous owner also replaced the hot water heater in early 2022, as well as the engine fuel pump. As you can see, it needs a little paint on the right rear basement doors. Previous owner scraped his driveway marker rocks and did the body work but did not paint them. Please reach out with any questions, thanks!
