A quick rundown of the travel trailer:
The living area includes 2 reclining theater seats with the option of heat or massage and a trifold hide-a-bed sofa. The entertainment center has a stereo with speakers that play inside or outside, a DVD player, and a 40' tv. A nice feature that is part of the entertainment area is the fireplace that will keep you cozy on cool evenings. There are 11 different places in this area for storage.
The kitchen has an island with a deep stainless-steel sink, a microwave/convection oven combination as well as a 3-burner gas cooktop with an oven, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The pantry provides plenty of storage for your goodies. There is also a dinette with 2 chairs and a bench seat that all include additional storage spots.
The bathroom has porcelain toilet, a shower with glass doors, a sink and a mirrored medicine cabinet. Again, there is plenty of storage with the 3 drawers and an additional cupboard.
The bedroom provides a nice space to settle in and relax on the queen size bed. There are two closet areas. One is a decent size with 2 drawers below it. The large, mirrored closet has built in shelving and a place to hang your belongings. It is also prepped for a washer and dryer. The dresser has ample space in it. The room also includes the hookup for an additional television.
The exterior of the RV has two extendable awnings with lights. A few conveniences that assist with setup are the power stabilizers and the electric tongue jack. The underbelly passthrough storage can be accessed both outside and inside through the large closet.
There is plenty of lighting throughout the trailer. It includes overhead lights, ambient lights and motion detecting lights.
At the time we purchased this RV, we had slide toppers installed over all three slides. We also had an additional air conditioner installed in the bedroom. Both items were well worth the money spent. A keyless entry system was added for convenience. BONUS . We will include the hitch and everything needed outside to setup the RV.
This RV is located in Southeast Michigan and is ready to go immediately. We could possibly help transport it within a reasonable distance. We are lowering the asking price from $42,000 to $39,900 or best. The 2021 Ford F250 that we used to pull the RV could be combined for a package price.
