This fifth wheel is part of Cougar's Half Ton series and is easily towed with a properly equipped half ton pickup.Exterior features - All the exterior walls are fully intact with no delamination. The roof is fully intact, has never leaked and was coated last November. All three roof vent covers were replaced within the past year. All five tires are new; the four installed have about 500 miles on them; the spare has never been on the ground. The brakes were completely overhauled about 2500 miles ago. Everything from the backing plates out was replaced. The water heater operates on both propane and 120 volts AC. Has a built-in black tank rinser.

Interior Features - We chose this model because of the spacious (for a trailer!) kitchen. The interior is in excellent condition. There are lots of cabinets and good-sized counters. The dinette seat cushions have been refitted with high density foam (a nice upgrade). The bed has an upgraded mattress and is topped with a memory foam topper. All the interior bulbs have been replaced with LEDs. All the appliances, heater and air conditioner are fully functional. The TV has been replaced with a Samsung HDTV. The stereo, CD and DVD player all operate properly.

Comes with blocks, chocks, patio mat, water and sewer hoses, sewer fittings, water filter, electrical adapters, TV cable and various and sundry nuts, bolts, screws, repair parts, etc.

Put in your clothes, food, pots and pans, dishes and silverware and you're ready to go!
