Heating system operates from either electric or diesel. An electric fireplace with fan warms front of RV quickly. Newmar is a dream to drive with Custom Comfort Steering and engine braking system which is great for mountain passes. RV includes a roof mounted SOLAR charging system to maintain battery charge. DIRECT TV with Weingard dish system mounted on the roof of RV. Two receivers allowing two different viewing choices. Washer and dryer in main bathroom work great. New batteries, windshield and tires within last two years. Non smoking and pet free. Very clean inside and outside. We have had annual maintenance through our dealer, Trans-west Truck and Trailer with oil change, filters and lubrication each year along with safety inspections including brakes. Just performed in July, 2024 with latest service AND OASIS hot water and Cummins generator were also serviced by dealer. Every winter I had professionally hand washed and waxed in Arizona. I am including a MAGNA SHADE magnetic windshield cover and rider and driver side covers that are brown and compliment the RV. Great for longer stays with sun protection. Also including a dark brown mesh zip on extension to the large awning that extends down to ground to protect from sun while on your patio sitting area and aids in viewing the large outside tv. This system has a brown blue ox system for easy hook up and if interested the buyer of this motorhome could also purchase for a fair price the 2014 Honda CR-V AWD that has the tow bar installed in front bumper.
