Trailer has a new set of tires, new battery, new awning. I have plenty of extras to throw in (Power Watchdog surge protector, 30 amp extension cord, wheel leveling blocks, x-chock wheel stabilization, tv in bedroom and main living area, and more), as well as an Equalizer weight distribution hitch ($1,000 by itself).

The electric landing gear, slide out and awning can all be controlled by a remote control. 

The rear bumper has been reinforced, so you can load bikes up on the rear! The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge and LP quick connect at the rear. Pantry has pull out shelves to make organization and access easier. Plenty of storage under the main bed, under the kitchen benches, as well as under one of the rear bunk beds. The steps have been upgraded and add additional stabilization when set up.

The rear bunkhouse has its own pocket door to separate the rear bedroom from the main living quarters.
