Description

Take your camping to the next level with this super clean 2017 Coachmen Chaparral 390QSMB with plenty of room if you want to hit the road full time. Mid bedroom gives kids their own space or would make the perfect office area. King size bed in the front bedroom with plenty of closet space, under bed storage and washer dryer hookups. Bathroom has a large shower with plenty of room and brand new toilet. Kitchen has lots of counter space, upgraded lighting over the sink and a massive 4 door refrigerator. Outside there is a 19' awning that gives you a large area to enjoy in the shade. Built in grill and mini fridge makes outdoor cooking a breeze, no need to lug around a separate grill.

My wife thinks it looks better without the window valances, that's why they aren't pictured but we do still have them all and can reinstall if wanted.

We are trying to buy a house and need to sell quickly, all offers will be considered.

This unit does have a rebuilt title but don't let that scare you away. As a professional RV repairman, let me give you a little insight to how and why RVs get salvaged titles. Basically an insurance company decides they would rather give the customer a check for the value of the RV instead of paying for the repairs and it's not necessarily because the cost of repairs exceed the value of the vehicle. Sometimes it's because they can't find a repair facility that will do the work quick enough. I've seen adjusters total an RV because they were unwilling to climb a ladder to inspect the roof after a hail storm. They didn't even know if there was damage! I fixed the damage for the customer for a couple hundred dollars! This unit had a tree branch fall on it during a wind storm that caused some damage to the roof. It broke through the roof decking in one spot. To fix it, I removed the entire rubber roof, replaced the damaged sheet of roof decking and installed a brand new rubber roof membrane to factory specs. This is the same repair that would've been done had the insurance company decided to pay for the repairs which would've kept it as a clean title vehicle, a repair that I've done for many insurance companies in the past. The RV has been inspected by the state of AZ, certifying that the repairs are safe and correct and changing the title status from salvage to rebuilt. And don't worry you can still get full coverage insurance on it. Feel free to call with any questions.
