We are selling our Columbus 5th wheel because we have decided to settle down in one location in preparation for our first child who is expected October this year (2024). The RV has been great for the past year that we have owned it. Lots of space and having 2 bathrooms is a game changer. We did 3 modifications. First, we installed 7x220w Solar panels (1540 watts), 4 100ah Lithium batteries and a 3000w invertor. Second, we removed the "3" way refrigerator and installed a residential 18cu refrigerator. Third, we rebuild the dresser area into a desk and build a new dresser next to it so now there is more office/working area.

The couches are pretty much un-used as we used our own small couch and sitting chairs and put the factory ones in storage until last month when we decided to sell the RV.

This unit also has a vented combo washer/dryer installed.

Why buy a new RV where you will have to work through all of the new RV "bugs" and spend more money. This RV has a Portfolio One bumper to bumper warranty included that still has 4 years left! This unit is very clean and still new enough to have the new RV smell.
