This is our 1 owner Valencia 38BB. We have had the time of our lives with this unit, it was our 4th RV, but with a cross country move for work, we don't think we will be using it like we were able to the past few years. It is in excellent condition with very minimal signs of wear. The one MAJOR upgrade we have done to this RV is a 540ah Lithium upgrade from Battleborn and Victron. If you are into camping off the grid, this unit is perfect. We have been able to camp for weeks on end with out any need for a power supply, unless you need to run the A/C of course.
