We just bought this from a couple this past Spring but due to unforeseen medical issues, we can no longer use it. We used it twice and loved it. Very comfortable. The awning is a tent-type and not the roll out version. The layout is so much better than most with the kitchen at one end and the bed at the other. Lots of storage space. It tows really well. We felt comfortable going 60-65 with no sway. Opening the windows provides good ventilation while camping. I resealed the outside screws with silicone caulk and replaced the black plastic trim that covers the screws. The only mechanical thing that probably needs to be done is to repack the wheel bearings. I don't know when it was done last. Also includes solar panels which can quickly recharge the battery. The battery holds a charge for a long time. You can be comfortable going off the grid for several days at a time with the large water storage, gas heat and gas frig. There seems to be some issue with getting continuous hot water. That's the only concern.

This is an ideal size for a couple or a family of 3. Sewage and gray water disposal is easy and clean with the included disposal tube located in the camper bumper. Outside storage bin is large enough for the solar panels, canopy, tools and anything else you may need for set up and maintenance.
