Fantastic 4 season travel trailer ready for camping in any and all conditions.

Has spent time camping all over the west a temperatures greater than 100 F and less than 32 F comfortably and flawlessly. AC works fantastic as does the heater. Barely uses propane when the Airskirts are set up.

Rear living area with bedroom at trailer's front. As you enter the back door a jack-knife sofa is on the left, two end tables and overhead cabinets fill the rear wall. The slide out includes a booth dinette, pantry and exterior access storage. Past the pantry an entertainment center the front wall includes a 32 inch TV as well as AMFM stereo with CD player and zoned speakers. The kitchen is along the opposite side and includes L-shaped counters, a double kitchen sink with a Corian countertop, 3-burner range, and a 10 cubic refrigerator and freezer. The split walk-through bathroom area includes a shower, vanity sink and medicine cabinet on one side with a private toilet area with overhead cabinets on the other. There is a wardrobe just outside the bathroom.

The master bedroom is set off by a privacy divider and includes a full-size queen bed, nightstands on each side, overhead cabinets and a private entry door from the outside. Spacious interior storage is under the bed.A powerful tongue jack is standard. Front and rear step system for easy exit.

An auto seeking Winegard satellite system from Weingard is on the roof that feeds satellite data to the trailer.

2 covered vents with bi-directional fans, one bathroom vent with bi-directional fans.

Trailer was built before the pandemic and quality is arguably higher than the brand new Arctic Fox trailers.

All items needed for camping ready to go. Potable water hoses, Black tank flush hose, waste hose. Heated water hose. Water filters, wheel chocks/ covers/ x stabilizers/wheel locks. Equalizer sway control bar hitch.
