Two solar panels totalling 330W with 200Ah new lithium ion batteries. Extra single lithium ion battery (both battery banks are charged by solar panels). You will not run out of power as long as you have sun.

Gray and fresh water exchange system/tanks: Haul off gray water and bring fresh water back without moving the trailer. This gives you 7-10 days of boondocking since black tank will last as long. With these you have double the fresh (25gal x 2 = 50gal) and gray (30gal x 2 = 60gal). 30 gallon black water tank.

All leveling blocks, x-chock are included.

Sewer hose, tank sprayer and other accessories for black tank are included.

Manual leveling jacks (we use power drill to raise/lower).

Grey and black tanks have been flushed and cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.

Attachable propane grill.

Weber small kettle charcoal grill.

Tires were replaced and brakes etc. maintained at Parker Trailer.

Rubber roof is in good condition. No leaks.

Disclaimers:

Built in black tank flush is clogged and does not work. Use the hand sprayer instead (honestly this thing works better anyway).

Siding is a bit faded in places and some of the stickers are cracked. There is no structural damage to the siding, however. It is only cosmetic resulting from intense Colorado sun.
