I am the 2nd owner and it was purchased in Colorado at Trailer World in 2020 to use during COVID in Colorado. Know the entire back story from the first owner and it was not because there was anything wrong with the trailer. Texas Title is clean and in hand. No accidents, water damage, or issues requiring it to be repaired other than replaced a water pump that didn't need to be replaced. You are welcome to have it inspected, run the VIN through any source you choose at your cost, and we will spend as much time as needed going through each system. Price is FIRM and the best you will find for this model, year and condition, not to mention the 4K in Lithium that you will be hard pressed to find at this price point.
