All power accessories:

30A power cord, adapter to go from 30A to 50A: adapter to plug in to regular extension cord (12AWG recommended).

All water accessories:

Fresh water hose, water pressure regulator, water filter, all sewer hoses, connectors and adapters, including a separate 30 GAL tow-able waste tank. Gloves.

Additional stuff: Brand new solar panel with controller and wiring, the trailer has solar plugs on the outside. 6X8 rug for under the canopy. Welcome mat. Power front jack with lighting for hook up in the dark, float level, carpeted stairs. I am also including the equalizer hitch, with sway control. I have to extended hitch, so you can open the tailgate with the camper still attached. Two propane tanks, with individual gauges and metal covered gas lines. Two fairly new AGM batteries that I have kept on trickle charge. Brand new complete cover.

October 2022: Brand new tape and 3 coat epoxy seal roof on camper and slide out. No leaks, 5 year warranty. New vent cover on bathroom vent.

Camper: Queen bed with foam pad, and can be lifted with storage underneath. Hot water heater, works on electric or propane. Just checked out by RV dealer. A/C direct or through ceiling vents, microwave, Smart 32" TV with Apps and WI-FI, built in HD directional antennae with reception power boost. Built in CD/AM/FM/DVD Player with surround sound. Remote for player and TV. Outdoor speakers. LED light string along canopy. It has a 12V charger built in, so when the camper is plugged in to 110V, it automatically charges the battery that is connected. Refrigerator with separate freezer. Works on A/C or sips Propane.

Tires and Axles: 4 six month old heavy grade tires and valve stems, and the bearings are freshly cleaned and greased, along with electric brakes checked out. No leaks, and spare tire good condition with no leaks as well.

Outside shower, inside shower, bathroom. Thirty gallon black, thirty gallon grey, sixty gallon fresh. Built in black tank washer. Three burner with oven. Cutting board that fits over double sink with pull pull out sprayer. Jack knife sofa that folds out to bed, with storage underneath it. Control panel for everything. More stuff, but out of room here.
