This Avenue 32 RLS is in very good shape. The unit Has New axles, springs, Brakes,Tires , New Seaflo 55 series water pump, additional cabinets in master, a circulation fan In the fridge Interior,1380 watts of bi facial solar panels installed on roof, But that is as far as I got, and a Stern's and Foster mattress. There is also 2 1\2 years left on the Extended warranty which is transferable.The 5th well has been regularly maintained inc. ACs, water heater and waste and Fresh water tanks.

The unit does not have the double recliner On the slide in the living room , as they were not comfortable for us.

There are 2 Scratches on the front cap Where I turned too tightly trying to get out of fuel stations, However I do have the paint formula to have those repaired and repainted. I very recently was informed that there is a recall on the water tank and I am making arrangements to get that taken care of.
