I have loved this RV for the short year I have owned it. It was purchased primarily for me to go to dog competitive agility trials. I live on eastern LI NY and am only 20 minutes from the ferry across LI Sound to New England so I used it often but put on little mileage, just about 1 thousand. Health problems for my husband and me are the only reasons I am selling. Especially because of my age, 77 years old, I was religious having it checked over in every way every time I traveled and it is perfect. There is a tremendous amount of storage both inside and out. I have never used the water system as the agility trial areas always had bathrooms but have been advised everything is good. It has been detailed for protection but it has been stored in a covered barn. It handles well and is very comfortable for sleeping, eating, and relaxing. The awning is automatic. I have just purchased heat shield window covers in preparation for travels this summer. The third seat was removed and is used for even more storage.
