This Doubletree Mobile Suites is a high end unit (relatively), with an original sticker price of about $100,000 seventeen years ago! 

The wood is actual hardwood, it has a washer and dryer, central vacuum, elegant counter tops, a gorgeous bathroom. This is a big step up from the Montana’s you might have looked at (Montana’s are good fifth wheels, but they’re not in the same class as this Doubletree.)

This fifth wheel seems bigger on the inside than it is outside. Extremely roomy, plenty of elbow room, and it’s in good shape for its age. 

The hydraulic system has just been overhauled with new motor, new relay and new control electronics. Plus fresh hydraulic fluid, of course. So, the slides and the leveling jacks function very well.

Another big plus: we have the original owner’s manual! 

So, this one, priced about 25% of the original price, is a really good value.  In today’s money, one this nice new will be about $150,000!

The length is 36 feet and it weighs 13,500 pounds.
