This rv is very clean  Meticulously maintained.  N has all the top of the line upgrades, such as the tpo (thermo plastic polyolefin) roof, 2 weather shielded awnings, remote control ceiling vents, upgraded cabinets, floors, hardware, furniture, floor vacuum, key pad n key fob entry n many more amenities!! I upgraded the fridge, as well. Only flaw I can think of is one of the lazy boy recliners has minor damage d/t storage issues incurred in our shop loft.  Also equipped with SKY4 by WiFi Ranger (which is a powerful WiFi router n booster), 55 amp battery converter, washer/dryer connections in bdrm, outside shower sprayer with hot n cold water n an outside grille!! The list goes on n on… Price is FIRM
