Holiday Rambler Vacationer, 35' Ford 460ci motor w less than 27,00 miles, 2 rooftop ac units, 16' superslide, queen walk around bed, full size mirrored closet, sleeps 6, walk in shower, new wireless backup camera, TONS of on board storage and basement storage. Bought this MH from a gentleman who owned a large Auto/Truck repair shop, as this was his personal MH for 10 plus years. I have enjoyed it for just over 3 years. I have this MH totally ready to go. I have had all up dates related to mechanical work done by Divine Auto/Truck. All other systems were checked repaired and updated by Zubakavich's RV - both In Pueblo West. This MH has the tag axle (which I love) so I had all 8 tires replaced at $2,600, and they have less than 100 miles on them. I had the sway bars and links replaced, along with all filters, and belts. The Generator was also serviced and it has approx. 215 hours on meter. The Coach Batteries are about 30 months old and have been plugged in. The engine battery is new. Oil changed, and it uses Mobil 1 syn. I had the Coach systems inspected, and updated a few such as installing a new back up camera (wireless) for $700. I had the refrigerator replaced at $3,200 and it has never been used. I have a check off list for all system inspection. Leveling systems checked out at 100%, Has a drivers door, and all door locks have been lubed as well as the super slide. I invested $30,000 in this Motor Home and have put $8,000 in it recently. My reason for selling is that my health is failing due to a cervical spinal cord disease. This home is ready to go and even has been un-winterized with water on board.
