This camper had new canvas installed last fall. There is no damage inside or out, no soft spots, no leaks, and all appliances operate as they should. New, upgraded entertainment system recently installed. Awning is in great condition, and works well. it's also equipped with the style of awning that is self draining in a heavy rain, preventing damage. Wheel bearings have recently been serviced, and tires are in excellent condition. We took this camper to South Georgia for the Peaches to Beaches yard sale event this spring, and it towed like a dream, as it only weighs around 4300 lbs empty, making it easily towed by a half-ton truck, and many sport-utility vehicles. It can sleep 8 easily (two queen beds, the sofa makes a bed, and the table lays down to make a bed).
