2024 Grand Design Influence 3704bh MUST SEE!

Camper is still brand new or better with the upgrades we did to it! No smoking/No pets it’s 5 months old. We unfortunately won’t have time or place for this anymore with our new life changes.

I have redone a lot of things in the camper to make it less cookie cutter and more appealing/practical (at least to us hopefully to potential buyer as well).

Upgrades

-Redone kitchen with exposed shelves, added top drawer to kitchen island, added lower floor pantry storage, added shoe storage under cabinet by door, folding leaf tabletop with stools at island.

-Home Reserve sectional couch with storage under each seat and under the Ottoman ($2500)

-Custom TV wall with hinges that have hidden shelf’s behind it

-Modern style Fireplace to replace the outdated look factory one

-Removed outdoor kitchen and made it an entertainment station with 40” tv great for game day.

-Redid the bunk room to make a ton more room for the kids. Storage under lower bunk, dresser, storage bins etc

-Shiplap on wall in kids bathroom, Brinkley style mirrors in both bathrooms 

-Cube bin style dresser in front bedroom to provide way more useable storage.

-Front bathroom I changed out the heavy potentially dangerous glass shower door for a Nautilus retractable door, Brinkley style low profile medicine cabinet mirror

-Splendide stacking washer and dryer 

-3 Air Conditioners
