Purchased new from General RV. Stored in-doors until 2022, then kept under covered storage. Well maintained. Used on average 6-8 times per season. Never rented. Never smoked in. Unit has 20’ awning, large slide out, ample storage throughout. Does have microwave, stovetop, oven, fridge & freezer. Outside kitchen as well with stovetop and mini fridge. Everything works as originally designed. Only modifications were reinforcing dining seats, added expansion tank to water system to reduce pipe vibration and water pump cycling. Easily slept in camper as a couple with 4 kids. Never installed bike rack on rear bumper as it’s not designed for the weight. Only reason for selling is entering new life stages with the family, can’t get out as much anymore.
