Better than new! Check the impressive specs. at Jayco for the full line of amenities on this luxury line camper. This is a true 4 season camper with heated tanks and better insulation. Stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer. No other models (I can think of) come with a drop down side porch that treally gives you a usable outdoor patio. Additional factory add-ons include the Solar Package with an extra set of deep-cycle batteries, complete WiFi set-up. Modifications made by us include removal of one section of un-necessary couch to accomodate two end tables, folding 'breakfast bar' with stool seating, diamond plate surround in the cargo bay to better protect the interior, Splendide washer/dryer combo., full exterior cameras and the interior cargo camera, 2 channel Dish Satellite antennae and other minor things for the personal touch. Full walk-through and 'RV-Life 101' on purchase. This RV should use a 1 ton dually equipped with an appropriate 5th wheel bed mounted hitch (I have a 25 ton Curt hitch for Dodge RAM available for sale).
