We purchased this 31ft Tracer travel trailer 2 years ago for our family. Our kids are getting older and we don’t get to use it as much as planned, due to their increasing activities, which is the only reason we are selling. We are just the second owners

The trailer sleeps 8, with 4 bunk beds in the back, a U-shaped dinette that turns into a bed, a sofa bed, and queen sized bed in the front.

It has an outside kitchen that’s only been used once. Inside, there’s a gas stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

The bathroom is conveniently located in the back of the trailer for the kids in the middle of the night.

Includes an LED flat screen TV, DVD for if you want to relax inside. Surround sound with exterior speakers.

Also has an outside shower, to rinse off after a day of swimming or fishing in the lake.

Wired for solar and has 2 propane tanks.

Power slide outs and awning.
