I love this trailer! I'm only selling because my truck was stolen. Don't spend a ton of money on a new trailer, the bugs have been worked out on this one! You will fall in love with this trailer as I did.

This isa 30' rear lounge fifth wheel trailer. Tons of upgrades, the first most notable upgrade is a 1,400 watt solar system with a 3000 watt inverter charger, this is enhanced with 3-100 amp lithium batteries (over $11,000 solar/battery value. as long as you have a little sun you will never need to start your generator. You will have 12volt and 120volt power anytime you have the system activated. Rolling down the road or camped at your favorite camp site. It will even run your AC for 2-4 hours when it has direct sunlight. We had this unit in Montana for 2 months and the first month it was cloudy every day, very little sun and the solar system work great. with normal use the batteries only went down by half the total amp/hrs and was recharged by noon even with cloudy days. This unit also has 2 power vents to help with air circulation. The bed is a firm posturepedic queen bed. The sofa bed is an air mattress with a dedicated power compressor, just unfold, push a button to inflate and it is ready for a good nights sleep. It is cable ready, tv , stereo system, outdoor speakers. power awning, tons of storage inside and out. two slide outs for tons of elbow room. 2 LP tanks, 49 gallon fresh water, 6 gallon hot water heater, 40 gallon grey water and 40 gallon black water tanks, stand up shower and private toilet room. Most ot the light bulbs has been replaced with LED bulbs which reduces the power consumption. the microwave is powered by 120 volts, with the solar system operating you can use the microwave when you are on the road without hooking up the generator. There is a device to help with leveling the trailer as you are backing into your camping spot, it is used in conjunction with your phone. It has a backup camera but the monitor was stolen with my truck so you would have to obtain a new monitor. The dining area is a table and 4 chairs instead of the booth type dining table. Along with the couch, there are 2 swivel rockers and all are in great shape.
