10/05/2024 UPDATED INFORMATION: During recent heavy rains, we discovered some leaks and water damage in non-weight bearing areas of the floor. Damage is located in left front under storage areanot visable in living area of the camper.

To our knowledge all leaks have now been sealed with heavy duty RV roof and window tape and the camper is dry. We have repeatedly tested the water seals with the water hose using direct pressure.

The camper's electrical, A/C, heat, fridge, microwave, stove are not affected and are all in working order.

The camper is very usable but may need some repair in future years.

In light of this info, we have reduced the price to $3000. Additional pictures have been added.
