It’s camping season!  I bought this camper when I was working for a tech company in northern California so I could have an asset instead of just wasting money on rent for large chunks of the year. This camper was lived in full time for just over six weeks at an amazing luxury campsite outside Morgan Hill, CA. 

    Then the pandemic hit, and it was time to come back to Colorado with the camper. After returning to Colorado, my family took it camping to Moab 3 times over the next year or so, where we stayed at RV resorts. This thing is in fantastic shape, has about 6000 road miles on it, all the appliances work great, and it has literally been sitting (although checked on and cared for) winterized for several years now. Tires are great with full tread, glycol through the water system…includes a full tire change setup with a jack, tire iron, and two jack stands. 

    There’s plenty of RV toilet paper still in it as like the rest of the country, toilet paper was at a premium when I was living in it. Nice tall shower, HD tv, and plenty of storage. Holding tanks were always kept fresh with the dissolving disks with every use. Passenger side awning with outdoor speakers. 

    Battery is in great shape, and propane tanks are almost full. All hoses, anti-sway hitch (which is friggin amazing to drive with), a broom, mop, and dust pan, and all the rugs and furniture you see in the photos are included. Small Dyson hand vacuum also included. This camper has been stored with the tires slightly over inflated to keep from forming flat spots, and the toilet has never sat dry without glycol in it when parked. 

    Extra glycol, attachable trailer mirrors also included. Extra fire extinguisher included. Waste hose and accordion hose angle mount included. 

    Pads for electric stabilizers (front and back), and for the jack, and a few for leveling are included. The cover for the range needs a new hinge, and there are some minor scuffs on the inner door, but this thing is stellar.  I also have a hitch spacer for larger hitches included.

    Currently stored in a secure storage unit in Rifle, CO. More photos available. I live in Edwards, CO, so there's a bit of a commute for me if you would like to take a look at it, so we'll have to figure out a time that works for us both.
