THIS LISTING IN ON HOLD DUE TO A PENDING SALE THIS WEEKEND 6/15 We bought this used from a friend that used it a few times for hunting before becoming ill. My niece lived in it for a year and now we are looking to sell it. There was a slow water leak at the front of the roof where there is a soft spot now and there was some water that caused some soft spots on the interior of the two cabinets above the bed. The leak has been fixed but we have spoken to a local rv dealer who said it would cost around 7 to 8k to fix so we have priced this down to cover that cost. The outside has been freshly washed and I own a carpet cleaning business so all the upholstery and carpet inside was just cleaned as well.
