Up for sale is our 2006 Four Winds 31' Class-C RV. The chassis has 39k miles on it (original motor and transmission). The interior was completely renovated in 2020. Recent improvements include:

- refinished all cabinetry

- reupholstered the dinette

- installed vinyl plank flooring throughout

- installed residential sized kitchen sink/faucet

- replaced propane stove with Ninja Airfryer/Toaster/Convection Oven

- replaced captain's chair with coffee bar/beverage fridge

- installed two new TVs (one in master, one in main living area)

- installed black tank flush

- resealed roof in 2021

This RV has one slide on the driver's side, a single rooftop AC unit, propane heat, a 6-gallon propane hot water heater, a 4000 watt generator, trailer brake controller (with 10k lb hitch). There is a queen bed (new mattress in 2019) in the master, full bed in the cab over, and both the dinette and couch turn into twin beds.

We're only selling because the kids grew up and we can downsize.
