Garage keep had factory install insulation all throughout belly of camper along with electric heat mats on all tanks. Also ran an extra vent to bathroom. 
Install McHitch and equalizers to help distribute the weight on truck. 
Old roof leak from ac. It’s fixed but ceiling could be fixed if your really picky and want it to be perfect like the rest of camper. Will adjust on price to fix.
