Comfortable, small trailer with one slide out. Great for a couple with some pets or children, or solo adventurer. Plenty of room, plenty of storage. Two propane tanks. One bathroom, shower and toilet have never been used. Just installed two new batteries, tires were new last year with minimal miles. Also has a tv, stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers, cd player, and fireplace. Some signs of weathering on outside. Pipe leaking in bathroom, estimated $200-$300 repair.

It's been a great trailer for us, hasn't been used a ton. We will scrub the dirt off the awning before sale.
