Pending - This North Peak has been well cared for. Bunk house in the back creates a separate space for the kids, including a a waredrobe, and seperation curtain. The pull out Sleep Sofa for guests is plush and cozy. My favorite part of this whole camper are the composite countertops! Easy to clean, and worry free when you are at a campsite for long periods of time. Almost just as good is the on board vaccum system which makes cleaning the camper SUPER easy!

The outdoor kitchen with sink is a great way to stay apart of the party outside. Storage underneath the queen bed makes it a great place for extra belongings and laundry and the spacious bathroom makes it easy to accomodate an entire family.

With lots of love, comes a little wear and tear. Some little wooden dowels are missing from the banisters. On the kitchen left slide out the paneling shows signs of slight water damage resulting in roughly 6 inches of trim exposed to the water damage. The airvent below the fridge experienced water damage when a drink was left in the fridge and tipped over. New A/C installed 2022.
