2020 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS This is the perfect couples RV! Located in Poolville, TX.

In June 2023 we purchased a home after living full time in this RV for 8 months. (We are the 2nd owners). It was very well taken care of by us, however, there was some normal wear and tear when we bought it in Sept. 2022 and still is (listed below)

We purchased this RV with a Diamond Level extended warranty from North Star by Revolos, with a $100 deductible. This warranty is TRANSFERABLE to the new owners and expires 9/2026.

LIST OF THE WEAR & TEAR:

• • The previous owner appears to have replaced a few pieces of the flooring and you can definitely tell. It is right in front of the recliners in the living room, so we just covered it with a rug. (See photos)
  • There appears to be some cat/animal scratches in a few places on the sofa however they are not noticeable until you sit down and really look.
  • On the right side (where the front door is) there is some hail dents on the plastic that attaches to the underbelly, that are noticeable. However, upon inspection the hail was not strong enough to damage the actual RV exterior material. (see photos)
  • Drawer under TV has a green stain from when a glass bottle of chlorophyll exploded in it. (see photos)
