The L shaped FlexASteel couch is a wonderful area to enjoy your favorite movie, TV show, read a book or place to sit and enjoy the electric fireplace. It doubles as a queen size pullout bed with brand new -never been used mattress. Included is the pump to inflate the mattress easily. This RV is unique as it has two bathroom areas. One area has a toilet and sink with cabinets for storage, medicine cabinet and mirror then directly cross the hall is an ample shower with seat and a Skylight with a pull over cover and triple slide glass shower doors. The toilet area has a separate door with the towel bars. The area between the living area area and bedrooms have pocket doors for privacy. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a large storage under the whole length of the bed. Storage above and beside bed, mirrored storage area, wardrobe, and drawers beneath. TV with drawers below and a built in clothes hamper. One of my favorite features is the ceiling fan in the bedroom. This well built RV has real wood cabinets throughout, central vacuum system 4TVs, including one that is outside for your viewing pleasure while enjoying your surroundings and a fireplace. Lots of storage inside and outside along with great lighting, tasteful decor, electrical outlets, and charging areas. Lots of windows to enjoy the view from any vantage point. Our RV has not been home to any children or pets and has been well-maintained both inside and outside. We've always kept inside when not in use, washed and wax routinely. The Tiffany brand is well-made using real wood, full body paint and this one in particular is very impressive looking we have the title in hand. Also included rear and side view cameras, modified suspension, three sway bars, a steering stabilizer, sumo springs, 7000 Onan generator, two air conditioners, a heat pump 6 gallon water heater, 40 gallon gray and black tanks, 80 gallon freshwater, auto leveling, 20 foot awning with lights and an outside shower.
