Description
Comes with many extras: dish tailgater only used 2 months summer of 23; 25' 50 amp extension cord; surge protector; WIFI booster; toaster; single cup coffee/tea maker; water hoses; sewer hoses; 1 year old theatre seating recliners; panda dryer and Electrolux washer; small safe in closet. Awning support rods and a zip on sun shade for the awning.
Standard options are shown in pic of window sticker. Everything still works.
I'm not a dealer, so I'll tell you what the trailer could use: tires are original/8 years old. They never concerned me cause they are big dollar quality Goodyears. NEVER had a problem with them. 2 main slides need seals. Explore USA changed them bout 3 years ago but they have not held up. Sofa sleeper is peeling as shown in pic. Black water level indicator has NEVER worked and dealer was useless. Batteries are nearing the end of their warranty period. Door side slide roller scraps the floor; I put duct tape on floor to minimize damage to vinyl floor. Explore said they couldn't fit it. Factory said bring to Alabama and they would fix it. Cost of diesel from Texas to bama and back did not make it worth it. Bathroom has porcelain toilet and sink. The wood work in the trailer is great. NOT a pressed wood interior in here. Sorry bout the outside pics; it’s parked next the house so I can't get real good pics. HOA freaks out when I put it in the driveway. Needs washing but due to the drought, we are not allowed to use any water outside the home. I will put it in my driveway if you come see it, so I can hook it up to 50 amp. That way you can try all the equipment out.
I'm sure I'm leaving something out, but I'll answer any Qs you may have. I won't give my cell number out in the ad, due to identity theft last year from a Craig's list ad. I don't need any help selling so 3rd parties, please don't contact me.
Need a place to stay while your home is under construction? How bout a trailer at the deer lease? Child in college? Quit getting ripped off by the high cost of housing! Put the trailer in a RV park and then sell after graduation. Most parks give good discount if you book by the month.
We used to tow it to south fork Colorado every summer and park it for 3-4 months to get out of the Africa type temps in south Texas. We did go to Yellowstone one year also, but this trailer has NOT been towed all over the USA.
