Great single axle trailer, with trailer mounted inertia brake system. Trailer is titled as "Rebuilt Salvage" due to prior owner insurance claim for hail damage. The trailer has been recertified as fully functional and looks fine with some minor hail dents, only visible in the right lighting. The inside is in excellent condition and comes with a new full queen mattress and sheets, covers, and pillows. All systems function as new, including an excellent small refrigerator with a real ice making freezer box. Wall mounted led tv included. The awning is electrically operated and still in good shape. The pantry includes towels, plates, cookware, coffee maker(with filters and coffee) and some silverware. All windows, covers and screens are in good condition and operate as designed. The tub/shower is tall enough for a 6ft person. The closets and cabinets are generous in size and well designed. The generous storage under the bed holds a spare tire, new propane grill, extra hoses and 25ft of 30 amp cord. There is an electric mascerator in the closet, dump hose in the bumper (which has a trailer receiver). I have been diagnosed with MS and my wife with Parkinson's which has destroyed our ability to use and enjoy our trailer.
