This toy hauler (her name is Delilah :-)), is priced to sell fast and is barely used. I am the original owner and this is for sale by owner.

Extended warranty transferrable and valid to June 2029. Upgrades: on board Cummins Onan OC 4000 generator (only has 20.2 hours of use!), extended season, perimeter/back up camera, solid steps entry stairs, MaxxAir Fans (3), weight distribution & sway bar.

Aside from minimal on-my-propery use, Delilah has only been used for one camping trip since her purchase in June of 2022. Her total mileage is only 264 miles!!!

Her rear ramp is also a terrific deck with railings to keep the four legged friends contained, and railings come off easily for loading toys.

I love the HUGE amount of space inside (16' 4" garage), which allows for so many options (toys and dogs)! The layout makes it a really flexible space and yet Delilah has nice sized appliances - an 8 CU Ft fridge, 3 burner cooktop, oven and large microwave.

There are 2 batteries and 2, 30-lb propane tanks. Plus, the on-board 30 gallon gas tank and fuel pump is super convenient for toys and tow vehicle emergencies.

Delilah has a 19' motorized awning which provides plenty of shade and is flexible so you can adjust it to block the rays for outdoor living pretty much any time of day. The 15,000 BTU air conditioner is amazing even in local heat waves (100+ degrees), and 35,000 BTU ducted furnace heats the unit up easily. It's also solar ready.

I enjoyed a full size traditional king mattress (not included), so if that kind of luxury is for you, it's doable though you will sacrifice a little floor space to make it happen (see photos). Of course it is really built for an "rv king" and has a sliding bed feature to make getting in and out of bedroom cabinets really easy.

One of the best things about Delilah is the amount of light she lets in - and the shades that make things very dark when you want to sleep in! She comes with two super comfortable recliners and two really solid tables that are easy to put outside or on the deck.

I can't say enough about this great RV and I'm sad I just don't use it as I'd planned.
