Great toy hauler RV with very low miles.  It can sleep between 4 to 6 people (provided two are kids) unless you add a bed to the garage area.  It has a queen bed above the garage, the couch turns into a bed and the table turns into another sleeping area.
This is one of the best RVs for the money that you can buy, having its own garage storage and gas fill up station on the unit.  I only had this RV for about 3 years and I am only selling it because I bought a new one, the same model.
The not as good: drivers left windshield has a crack (picture attached, doesn't detract view probably can be repaired?), drivers rear side panel was scraped on a fence (picture attached), the bottom part of the ladder going to the roof is missing and the decals are faded and a bit cracked.
The good: It has brand new tires that cost about $4,000 on it that have less than 400 miles on them, new awning, just spent $5,000 on replacing the back tail lights and molding as they were cracked and deteriorating. 916715four000 mark
