Dual a/c units, electric fireplace, island kitchen, on demand water heater, king size bed. This unit is in excellent condition. One two week trip from Montana down the coast to Carson City (with a great stay to do a bit of crabbing), 4 short camping trips, and a brief staycation while our home was being remodeled. We really do love this unit, but we rarely use it. We are downsizing to something more appropriate (for us) for weekend only. It does have a Wifi repeater installed, upgraded pantry lighting, auto levelling, and Anderson jack blocks. B & W Companion fifth wheel hitch could be part of the deal, but is specific to Ford puck system. Great unit, hate to part with it, but it is the right thing for us to do at this phase of our lives.
