This is a mint condition, stationary RV in an RV resort. Has not been towed since delivery from the dealership. Tires are excellent. No shaking, rattling, or rolling down the road!

Inside you will find brand new, never used RV furniture that I purchased to update the colors. I personally preferred toffee-colored over dark brown.  I have never even sat on it yet because of many events in life that have prevented me from staying there. Hence, I’m selling it.

There are two opposing slides in the rear living area, which opens up the entire living area beautifully with panoramic windows all around the living area creating a very spacious and therapeutic area if you are backed up to scenery.  The kitchen has all perfectly working appliances with no damage.  The fridge is ice cold and the freezer is immaculate.  There have *not* been any leaks or damage to the RV.  Please feel free to bring your own private RV inspector for confidence of mind.

In the kitchen is also a separate coffee bar with ambient lighting and a pantry.  The bathroom has a full size shower with seat and nooks for your shampoo, conditioner, etc. There is a large convex sunroof over the shower that allows people over 6’ to stand comfortably.  Sliding glass doors are installed on the shower.  

The bedroom features a queen size bed and new mattress (since RV mattresses tend to be 2” thick) with a 4 inch memory foam topper.  Since day one, all of the bedding has been fully enclosed in a zipper, waterproof mattress protector.   The bedroom also features a wardrobe, TV hookup, storage above the bed and beneath the mattress that you can lift up.

Back to the living room, there is large television on a swivel mount with storage behind it and has a preinstalled sound bar for your convenience.  

For some reason, this RV was not manufactured with a built-in fireplace. So, I bought a $400 freestanding 3-D fireplace that is absolutely gorgeous.  It is brand new since I purchased it when I purchased the new furnishings.  There is a four-seat free standing dining table that can be easily removed for a desk or something of your liking instead.  Mostly vinyl flooring, all throughout completely undamaged.  Ducted furnace and air conditioning.  The one repair you may wish to have is the awning. There was a random gust of wind that is typical in the mountains and unfortunately, the awning was damaged however has been completely retracted. The repair cost I received from a certifed RV technician was $200 including labor and has been factored into the price for your convenience.
