Just dropped 10k! This is a great deal if you want a solid coach. Our reason for selling is we are increasing our space to a 5th wheel. We have a lot we own and find ourselves traveling less. We are the 4th owner of this coach and have all maintenance records from all owners as well as clean title in hand.

We purchased coach in summer 2019 in Tennessee with 104,000 miles and have been full time since then ( 137,000 miles currently) In 2022 we took the coach to Cummins in Tulsa, Oklahoma and replaced rear seal between engine and transmission ( small oil leak ) and replaced exhaust manifold, new tesioner, belts and hoses, new turbo, new airbags in 2020, new tires 2021, shocks, updated flooring throughout (grey wood look vinyl), new handles and knobs on cabinetry, reupholstered furniture ( including driver and passenger captains chairs) window boxes, new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and replaced window seals at Fog Doctor in Searcy Arkansas in 2022, repainted roof including additional protective coating on roof as well (also at Fog Doctor) new Dometic A/C, and new inverter/batteries. This also comes with all the extra things to operate for full time (huge propane tank, Blue Ox tow bar and tire pressure monitor system). The coach is in great mechanical condition including generator. Over 60k in mechanical work, updates. Maintenance is up to date.

We have traveled all across the country while towing a Jeep and had some great memories at several national parks. It was our 1st coach and we got really lucky with this one.
